Ready for Concrete
The TrenchDrain around the utilities is ready for concrete
Protection
The TrenchDrain will direct any water to the sump before reaching the units (if it is coming from the outside) but it will also prevent any water (in the event of a burst pipe) from leaving that area, containing any possible damage
