This basement in Raynham, MA was getting water from the backyard after the sump pump failed. At first, they were interested in 'sealing' the basement. We know that a dryloc paint or epoxy coating in the basement is not a permanent solution so we sent out our Dry Basement Science book before the initial inspection. Once the homeowner read that book, she understood what needed to be done and opted for a drainage system around the perimeter of the basement, our TripleSafe sump pump, and the brand new SaniDry Sedona!

TripleSafe and Sedona

Twin IceGuards

The TripleSafe sump system requires two IceGuard attachments. They are in place to prevent a back up of water in the event of frozen or clogged discharge lines. Two is required because of the volume of water that can be pumped out by the three pump system

LawnScape Outlet

The LawnScape outlet is attached to the end of the discharge line to mask the pipe. It is available in two styles, a pop up and a rake. This one here is the rake model and it is draining the water from the discharge line into the woods on the edge of the property

WaterGuard

The customer had already demolished part of the wall in order to install the WaterGuard system. The concrete is still wet but when it's dry, it will blend in with the existing concrete floor

We install our TrenchDrain in a doorway to carry any water coming over the threshold towards the sump to be pumped out before it ends up all over your floor!
