TrenchDrain
The TrenchDrain is in place in front of the basement door to collect any water that may come in from outside
Walls Cut
The walls are cut to the studs and a trench is dug around the floor/wall seam
WaterGuard
The WaterGuard is laid down and covered with crushed stone. Then we come in with hand mixed concrete to re-cement
Sump in Place
The sump is in place and surrounded with crushed stone. This is an added line of defense to remove sediment before the water reaches the liner.
Second Sump
The second sump is in place and a layer of CleanSpace is installed underneath the oil tank for protection
