Clay
When digging the sump pit, our installation crew hit water and clay. This indicates a high water table and a higher probability of the system clogging. In a case like this we would recommend scheduling a service appointment for a technician to come evaluate the system for clogs in a couple of months to gauge how often we should be checking.

TrenchDrain
TrenchDrain is installed in a doorway to stop any water that may come in through the bulkhead. It connects to the WaterGuard that is under the ground and continues the system, moving the water towards the sump pump
