These customers had us out for an estimate in 2015 and have remained in contact with us ever since. We worked with them to come up with a solution they were comfortable with and could afford. The first portion of this job was installed in March of 2017. In April 2017, this customer got quite a bit of water in their basement in the area we did not do work so they had to choose between monies that were allocated for finishing the basement to protecting it from water damage. They chose the latter. We completed our system with more WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall to add to the existing TripleSafe. Now they can finish in the future without worrying about the potential damage water can cause.

Water Tank Protection
We added our TrenchDrain around the water tank to prevent any possible leaks from getting out of the contained area.
Inspection Ports
Our WaterGuard has inspection ports that get added in every 25 feet or so. These are in place so, when performing our annual maintenance on your system, we can easily check the perimeter drains for any kind of clogs or build up that may prevent the water from reaching the sump. It really is a wonderful part of the system that often gets overlooked!
