This customer in Bridgewater had been dealing with the same water problem for years before she finally decided to fix it. The basement was partially finished so a little bit of demo was necessary to install the WaterGuard system. This customer plans to finish once they are positive about the system. So far so good!

Partially Finished

This partially finished area in the basement was taking on water. In order to facilitate the installation of the WaterGuard, the walls needed to be cut.

Wet Concrete

The wet concrete shows where the system was installed along the floor and wall seam, a common spot for water intrusion.

Unfinished Side

This side of the basement was down to the studs, this made it easier to install the WaterGuard

Obstacles

We went around the water tank with WaterGuard to protect that area as well.

SuperSump

The sump pump is the heart of any waterproofing system!

Discharge

The water is discharged away from the home to the green LawnScape outlet in the yard. We can discharge the water as far away as you'd like, it's totally customizable!
