Trench Dug
To begin the installation, our crews must jackhammer around the entire perimeter of the basement. We always ask the customer to move items at least four feet away from the wall to ensure the best access to the foundation
Crumbling Concrete
The steps at the bottom of the bulkhead stairs are crumbling because of the water in the basement
Hard Work!
Jackhammering through inches of concrete is hard work! The SuperSump liner can be seen dropped into the pit in the back
TrenchDrain and Crushed Stone
We removed the old, broken concrete and installed our WaterGuard and TrenchDrain system to create a channel for the water to get to the sump. The area is then covered with crushed stone before the concrete is poured
Good as new!
You could never tell what was here before! Nice and clean and DRY
SuperSump and UltraSump
Our SuperSump was installed with an UltraSump (battery back up system) This will help protect the homeowner in case of a power outage. If the first pump fails, loses power or cannot keep up with the amount of water, the UltraSump will kick in. This is run off of a battery backup.
SaniDry
The SaniDry XP will remove moisture from the entire basement and is draining into an inspection port in the WaterGuard system. No emptying heavy buckets of water!
