Dry Corner
This corner of the basement is fully protected with WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall!
Super Sump
The SuperSump is in place and the UltraSump (battery back up) can be seen. Just waiting on the concrete around the TrenchDrain
Crushed Stone
The WaterGuard is surrounded by clean, crushed stone to filter any sediment out of the ground water. Concrete is laid on top of that.
Recently Concreted
You can see the wet concrete in this photo and the bottom right corner an inspection port is visable. This makes it easy to check for clogs in the system after it's installed!
TrenchDrain
This grated drain is in place usually in front of a doorway to collect any water entering from an outside source. It directs the water to the sump.
CleanSpace Wall
The white plastic sheet on the wall is called CleanSpace. It is a 20 mil vapor barrier that gets tucked behind the flange of the WaterGuard directing any water from the wall into the drainage system
