This is a photo that our inspector took during the free estimate. The rusty colord water is called iron ochre and it was coming in all along the wall of the garage but mostly this one crack.

Our system design specialist suggested a partial system with WaterGuard that leads to the existing TripleSafe sump pump in the basement.
After
This picture shows the final product. The CleanSpace wall covers the crack while also directing any water into the WaterGuard under the floor which takes it to the sump pump and out of the home. Beautiful and clean! Nice work, team!
