The home owner in Middletown, Rhode Island was looking for a solution to the damp basement. His basement has flooded in the past and does not want the water damage effecting the property any longer. With heavy rains the ground water seeps into the floor of basement. Last year it complete destroyed the living space and he had to rip up the carpet.
