Challenge
Margaret called DryZone with concerns for her property on the island of Nantucket in Massachusetts. She was concerned with the air in her crawlspace. She complained of a moldy smell that would travel throughout her entire home. Nantucket in the summer months is a tourist hot spot so it is not always easy to get our crews out to the island so that certainly created a challenge for our appointment center as well as our customer. Solution
