Challenge
One of our team members in the appointment center, Kristal, took the call from a customer in Williamsburg who was having an issue with water in their basement, along with high humidity levels. System Design Specialist, Alice, visited their home and worked with them to design a system to take care of the issues they wanted addressed.
Solution
Our Crew went in and installed 20 feet of Watergaurd to catch and divert the water, and a TripleSafe pumping system to pump it out of their home, thus making their basement dry. With the battery back-up, not only will their basement be dry, but it will be dry ALL THE TIME, even if they should lose power! Our new Sedona dehumidification system ensures that the air will be clean and dry in the basement, making the air on the living levels clean and dry as well.
