Solution
Our team was able to fix this problem, and allow it to be a painless process for the homeowner! We first installed a TripleSafe pump system along with a WaterWatch alarm system. If there was ever a power outtage, the customer will be able to know if the system has stopped working. An IceGuard was also installed to prevent floods, and frozen discharge line, along with a WaterGuard Port for the access to the system. Lastly, a TrenchDrain was installed to resolve any future issues. This basement is now leak-free, which means he can finally stop wearing rubber boots after a rain storm.
