Brother & Sister in Foster, RI home need a permanent water solution

Challenge

Looking to take care of the water problem in the basement once and for all so they can enjoy a dry, usable space for storage. Doris and Brice had been looking for a solution to the water that enters their basement when it rains and when the snow melts after a long winter. Every year during the spring thaw they had water entering throughout the perimeter as well as the middle of the floor.

Solution

Doris and Brice had met with their system design specialist several times over a couple years. They were originally proposed a full perimeter drainage system using WaterGuard which would lead to a TripleSafe sump pump. They declined initially, until the following years big melt and a new leaky area was exposed. This went on for three years before they decided to move forward with the installation.

The foreman, Steve, installed everything as proposaed and even mentioned the need for a couple artery lines (WaterGuard that does not go around the perimeter, but creates a channel under the middle of the floor). We installed this at no charge which was the correct solution for Dors and Brice. They have not had water since their installation in 2012. This brother/sister duo have been very happy with the solution DryZone came up with for their problem. They continue to get service everywhere to ensure everything is working properly
