Water Problems in a Warwick, RI Finished Basement
Challenge
The customer's basement was previously finished. It has had a water problem for several years and they customer was anxious to find a solution. Their personal items and finished basement was damaged. The materials were ruined, moldy and rotting. They wanted a dry basement for storage and living area in the future.
Solution
The solution to the Warwick customer's wet basement was a full perimeter system. The installation crew tore out the damaged basement and discarded the debris. A sump pump system was installed as well to keep the basement dry. The crew also installed BrightWall on the walls which helps drain any access water down the walls into WaterGuard perimeter drain.
