Basement Waterproofed in Marshfield, MA

Challenge

The customer had some water seepage on the back wall of his foundation. The basement was completely finished and he wanted to fix the water issue without tearing out the existing basement. The customer also had some moisture issue and smells in the basment during the spring and summer months. in the inlaw section of the finished basment the customer wanted some suitable flooring that would last for a long time. 

Solution

The water solution was WaterGuard and pump system. We did wall restoration to preserve the finished basement. The crew also installed a SaniDry to control the moisture ThermalDry flooring was installed in the in-law section.
