Dry Basement in Providence, RI!

Challenge

The customer had a basement that leaked water during many heavy rains. The owner needed her basement dry for storage room and for the re-sale value of her home. Her major concern was keeping the entire basement dry. The bulkhead was a serious issue that leaked a lot and also needed to be treated.

Solution

Pat Cahill, our System Deisgn Specialist, met with the customer to discuss and inspect her basement. Together they developed a solution which included a full perimeter WaterGuard System with TrenchDrain at the bulkhead, that was installed by our crew, led by Foreman Steve daSilva. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain collect ground water seepage and direct it to a new SuperSump pump system. The SuperSump pumps the water outside. This system will maintain a dry basement so the customer can store her items in the basement in confidence.
