Rain was continuously going down on this house in Woods Hole, MA. This homeowner started to notice water seeping right through his basement walls right in front of his own eyes! He couldn't believe how much water was intruding, he then called us because he didn't want his basement to turn into a pool! Our inspector was sent over to deliver a solution that will waterproof this basement so that rainstorms won't feel as intimidating anymore! Solution
The inspector finalized a whole waterproofing plan, and our production team went to work! To begin for this project, our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier system was installed onto the interior walls of the basement. CleanSpace is perfect for keeping the outside moisture from seeping in which lowers the risk of mold growth and awful odors. After, a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system was installed to collect all of the seepage coming in. This system is perfect for preventing water from reaching the basement floor, keeping it nice and dry during the storms. Last but not least, to pump the water out, our TripleSafe sump pump was the choice for this homeowner! Coming with 3 pumps, water will be discharged out of the basement during heavy volumes of rain and power outages, thanks to the battery backup!
