Waterproofing a Wet Basement in Middlefield, MA

Solution
The solution included a SmartSump premier pumping system, an UltraSump backup battery pump, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Our SmartSump is designed to discharge any of the collected water out of the foundation to keep the basement water-free. To go with the SmartSump, we included an UltraSump backup battery pump to activate in case there was a power outage. This is wonderful to have because we tend to lose power when storms hit us! The CleanSpace was placed on the interior walls to act as a protector from the outside moisture. This and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will help prevent the basement from getting too humid or even worse, mold growth.
