Solution
One of our Inspectors went to the basement to see the problem himself, and after a careful evaluation, he found that the corner and certain floor cracks were allowing water seepage to come right in! To solve this, the inspector wrote a plan that a production crew proceeded to install. The job was a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system and connected that with the TripleSafe sump pump system.
