Challenge
This homeowner from Newton Center, MA has been living in this house for quite a time and had been dealing with constant water seepage issues in his basement. His existing sump pump was no longer efficient enough to give him a peace of mind during rain storms or power outages. They say after each rainstorm comes a rainbow, for this homeowner, after each rainstorm comes a cleanup session in the basement. This was getting tiresome, and it was time for an upgraded solution!
Solution
When our inspector arrived to the basement, he knew the homeowner's existing sump was in no shape to continue, so he recommended our TripleSafe sump pump. This is our three-pump system that ensures optimal water pumping, with the third pump acting as a battery backup in case there is a power outage. Once the homeowner agreed, a production team removed the old pump and dug up a new pit to for the TripleSafe. Once properly positioned, the three pumps were tested and the system was ready to go! The homeowner was thrilled to not have to cleanup after each rainstorm now!
