Leaking Foundation in Falmouth, MA
Challenge
A homeowner from Falmouth, MA was constantly dealing with water getting into his basement over the years. Despite attempting to solve the water problems himself or even other companies, the basement was continued to collect water. Sometimes, doing DIY waterproofing can be risky, we always recommend going to a professional company like us! When our appointment center heard from the customer, they set a date for an inspector to assess the situation and create the best plan.
Solution
Upon inspection, it was found that water was not only seeping through walls, but it was accumulating near the doorway entrance. The solution that was made? We installed WaterGuard interior drainage inside the perimeter to intercept the seepage and direct it the corner. That corner holds our TripleSafe sump pump, which will discharge the water out of the basement. And then to address the accumulation near the doorway, we installed our TrenchDrain which is out grated drainage channel to capture any flow through the doorway.
Needless to say, the homeowner was thrilled with the results. The water seepage issues were now a thing of the past, and this basement can stay healthy and dry!
