This particular homeowner contacted us for the first time regarding his unfinished basement that has been experiencing water leaking in every summer. This year, the water has been much worse so it was time for a waterproofing system! Any basement that doesn't have a sump pump or any kind of drainage system has an increased chance of experiencing water damage. Any kind of damage from the water can be costly, so we wanted to make sure that his homeowner has a peace of mind.
Solution
Our production crew was able to install our basement waterproofing system that included a SmartSump pumping system, WaterGuard sub-floor drainage and IceGuards to prevent clogs and freezing discharge lines. These products are strategically installed together so that the WaterGuard catches any water seepage and move it towards the SmartSump to discharge it all out the basement. Now, the basement has a better chance to avoid floods and water damage all thanks to our reliable system!
