Full Waterproofing Solution In Leominster, MA
Challenge
A customer in Leominster started to notice his how damp his basement felt every time he'd go down there to store some items. Along with that, he would get a whiff of a strange odor that was unpleasant for any nose to smell. He knew he had to waterproof his basement if he wanted to keep storing items in there, or else moisture could ruin some of his wooden items. Not only that, if moisture stays in his basement, then mold could get into the air which is not good for any human to breathe in. This was a clear sign to contact our appointment center for help, and so he did!
Solution
We sent over an inspector so he could take a closer look into the issue at hand. What he found was that the walls were very porous, so there were many small holes that water or air could pass through. Once the inspector took a close look at the wall, he sent over a production team to line up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to prevent moisture and outside air to enter. In addition, we plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate any water vapor in the air to lower the humidity! This customer was very satisfied with our work because his basement feels less damp and cold!
