Malfunctioning Sump Pump In Framingham, MA
Challenge
A customer in Framingham, MA wanted to see how we could help his current situation. His sump pump at the time was with this home when he first bought it back 2014, but never performed any maintenance checks to make sure it stays clean and functioning throughout the years. Due to this, he didn't realize his float switch wasn't working until it was too late when his whole basement was flooded with around 4-6 inches of water! Not having maintenance checks for your sump pump can easily lead to floods, which is unhealthy for the basement since there is so much moisture getting in. This customer unfortunately didn't see the mechanical issue until he had to, so we sent over an inspector to provide the best solution.
Solution
The inspector saw how wet the basement looked after the unfortunate incident. To make sure this never happens again, the inspector had a production crew install a brand new system, the TripleSafe sump pump. With this installation, we provide scheduled maintenance checks on the TripleSafe so we could clean and catch any issues we find! Now, the customer won't have to worry if his sump pump has issues, because we will find it for him and fix them!
