Waterproofing In Bristol, RI
Challenge
A homeowner from Bristol, RI called us about his leaking foundation. Water was unfortunately coming from the rim joist and floor of his foundation. He didn't want to have any more water coming in and leaving puddles because that could cause potential damages to the house and even the breathing conditions. Mold could start growing or the humidity levels could rise if this issue isn't solved. He contacted us for a waterproofing solution.
Solution
We sent over one of our licensed inspectors to examine the issue himself so that he could formulate an answer. He recommended that we install our WaterGuard interior drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. He informed to the homeowner that our WaterGuard is built into the inside perimeter of the basement to collect any water seepage and would drain it towards the TripleSafe sump pump to be discharged. Then the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier would get rid of any moisture causing strange odors as well as controlling the humidity levels. The homeowner agreed to the installation and felt the immediate change when he noticed his basement didn't smell as bad, was less damp and had no more puddles!
