Strange Odor In Weymouth, MA

Challenge

A homeowner from Weymouth, MA had recently bought this house a year prior before he started to notice a musty smell in his new home. The smell was mainly coming from the basement and he began to worry about the safety of him and his family. The musty smell was from water vapor getting through the foundation walls and into the basement, causing moisture to lurk around. This moisture, if left untouched can cause uncomfortable air to breath in as well as mold growth. To avoid these issues, he contacted us as soon as he could. 

Solution

Our inspector was sent over to see the issue himself and come up with a plan. After smelling the musty odor and looking at the walls, he informed the homeowner that CleanSpace would be the best option.
