Flooded Basement In Pembroke, MA
Challenge
A homeowner in Pembroke, MA needed a waterproofing system for his unfinished basement. There was lots of water seeping through the foundation wall and floors, causing the area to be damp, cold and humid. The moisture in the air was from the puddles of water just standing there after a recent flood he had. The moisture could lead to mold growth onto the wooden building material which is a hazard. Solution
An inspector was sent over to examine the issue closer. He found that a WaterGuard interior drainage system being connected with a TripleSafe sump pump would be the best solution! The WaterGuard is built into the inside perimeter to capture wall seepage while it connects to the TripleSafe to be discharged away from the basement! The TripleSafe will provide triple the protection with the primary pump, secondary pump and backup electrical pump in case of a power outage!
