This homeowner in South Yarmouth, MA noticed water coming into her foundation wall and floor. This water seeping through was becoming a concern for the homeowner because the standing water can lead to possible mold growth onto wooden material. If mold were to get onto the wood, the homeowner runs the risk of a structural collapse, so he wanted to fix this issue as soon as he could. He contacted us for help and we sent over an inspector to examine the scenery.
Solution
The inspector noticed that this homeowner needed a new sump pump, drainage system and more importantly, help! So the inspector sent over a production crew to jackhammer the inside perimeter of the basement to place the WaterGuard interior drainage system in! This non-clogging piping system does a fantastic job at collecting and draining the water since it creates a small gap between itself and the wall!
