Solution
After the initial call, we sent one of our licensed inspectors over to go over the case. He carefully observed what was going on in her crawlspace, and knew exactly what this homeowner needed. To start, a crew got rid of the debris laying around. They eventually went to install CleanSpace vapor barrier all along the floor of the space. Not only would this product brighten up her crawlspace, it will create a barrier between the outside environment and the inside. This means her crawlspace is protected from pests, moisture and mold from entering. To add extra protection, they added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to replace the cold moisty air with dry air, which will get rid of strange smells and control the humidity levels.
