Leaking Basement In Rochester, MA
Challenge
A homeowner in Rochester, MA used to have a finished basement, until they tore down the walls and and floors. Due to that, the basement started to reveal black mold, and water began seeping in. She had a growing concern over the mold damaging the building material and the water leaking in. With all this water in her basement, she can't get the final result she wants out of her space. Solution
We sent one of our inspectors to her house to examine the issue even further. The most notable issues were the clear signs of water seepage and the absence of any kind of sump pump. After the inspector informed the homeowner about his observations, he had our crew install a WaterGuard interior drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump. The addition of the WaterGuard gives her basement a non-clogging piping system that collects wall seepage and drains it to our TripleSafe. The TripleSafe sump pump allows her basement to finally discharge water, even during a power outage due to our built-in backup battery. Now, this homeowner can finish her dry basement the way she wanted to!
