Challenge
In this partially finished basement, water was entering through various cracks in the foundation. The customer expressed concern of mold growing in the basement. Since they have a partially finished basement, the thought of mold possibly damaging the finished section haunted them. They reached out to us and scheduled a free estimate for one of our licensed inspectors to help them find a solution.
Solution
Both the inspector and customer agreed that an installation of the SuperSump sump pump, WaterGuard interior drainage system and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier would work together to prevent mold from growing in the basement. The WaterGuard would collect groundwater seepage and guide it into the SuperSump which would pump it out of the space. The SaniDry Sedona works to collects the moisture in the air, removing vapor that feeds mold growth.
