Moisture in the basement of this Oakland, RI home was causing a lot of problems for the homeowners, creating musty smells and a damp feeling in the air. With nerves of mold and mildew growing in their home, the owners reached out to see how we could help with their moisture situation. The dampness was immediately noticeable and it was clear to see why the owners opted to not use the space to store their valuables.
Solution
