Dehumidifier Repair in Northampton, MA

Challenge

This customer-first had a SaniDry installed back in 2017 and we have done service on the unit every year since. This year, the customer called because the dehumidifier was leaking. We made our way to the home to take a look and resolve this leaking dehumidifier. 

Solution

When our service specialist arrived, he found out that the unit had been moved some time ago and unfortunately that is where the trouble comes next. When the unit was moved, the person put the hose too far into the condensate pump, which prevents draining. 

Our service specialist, Mike, shortened the hose and repositioned the unit so that everything was working better- a dehumidifier needs to drain! 

Now the system is up and running great! It is always important to have us come by to help with the products if ever there are questions. This unit was moved and compromised for about a year's time.
