Challenge

This customer in Colrain, MA has been with us for a year now. Last summer she contacted us regarding water entering her basement around the bulkhead. She also said that the northeast corner of the basement is damp.

We came out to her home to checkout the situation and agreed we had the perfect solution. Now just one year since providing this customer with these waterproofing products she is very satisfied and didn't have ANY water in her basement all year! What a great testament to our waterproofing prowess.

Solution

In September 2018 we installed WaterGuard sub-floor drainage to redirect any water links to the SuperSump we also installed. We installed an IceGuard so that freezing conditions wouldn't contribute to any issues or clogs in the system. We also provided our TrenchDrain that is a surface level drainage to collect any standing water near entrances/exits or the foot of stairs.

In September 2019 we performed the very first annual preventative maintenance, which proved everything to be working great. She told us she is very happy with everything and especially that she didn't have any water in her basement all year!
