Sloping Back Yard in Athol, MA Made Trouble for the Basement

Challenge

This customer isn't the only one who has had a sloping back yard- and I mean sloping toward the basement. This means whenever it rains the water just runs down the yard like a slide and collects at the foundation making for a really wet mess if the foundation is being penetrated. When we were contacted by this customer we knew we weren't going to go out and re-grade the yard because that isn't what we do but it also isn't addressing the issue with the water entering the basement. 

Solution
