This customer in Millbury, MA contacted us about water coming into her basement from underneath the foundation and from one of the walls. She needed the space waterproofed.

Solution

We arrived at the home and noticed that part of the basement is finished and the rest is not. It is especially a great concern for a homeowner when the basement has some finished space because the damage can be extensive. There was an existing discharge line that we installed our own beside it and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump and an UltraSump batter back-up pumping system. We also installed IceGuard to prevent any flooding from freezing. We extended the discharge line to the front of the yard and an internal discharge pipe.
