Charlton, MA Water Damaged Basement Gets Waterproofed

Our customer in Charlton, MA needed his basement waterproofed and as soon as possible. The space had a lot of evidence of water damage and we know that water damage harbors mold and mildew as well as foul odors and contaminates the indoor air quality- not just downstairs but this air makes its way upstairs into the main living space.

Solution

We got to work waterproofing this Charlton, MA basement as well as installing our CleanSpace Wall System to serve as a vapor barrier. We also installed our WaterGuard Sub-Floor drainage system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, and the LawnScape. Our products are great because they work well with one another to keep your basement dry and properly redirect any drainage. That is exactly the purpose of the WaterGuard and the Sump-- they work together to keep the water away from the center of the floor and effectively discharge the water outside the home. Severe water damage like this is definitely reason to call a professional to help keep your basement dry and no longer looking this way! We know it happens- there's some water but it doesn't seem that big of a deal.
