This particular homeowner contacted us for the first time recently regarding his home that has been experiencing water leaks in the basement every Spring. Unfortunately this year it has been much worse and he needs the repairs done. An interesting fact about this home is that in 2015 we received a call from someone living in this same home but was not the owner who wanted an estimate for this issue- water in the basement. We must always communicate with the owner of the home so we were not able to help this time back in 2015, but now we were more than pleased to fix the wet basement.

Solution

We were able to install our basement waterproofing system including a SuperSump Pump Plus, WaterGuard sub-floor drainage, IceGuard to prevent clogs and freezing discharge lines, and Lawnscape.

Our products are thoughtfully developed to work well together so the WaterGuard was installed all around the basement to catch any possible water seepage and direct it toward the SuperSumpe Plus. The SuperSump Plus discharges the water through the designated discharge line that we install the IceGuard onto so that there won't be any clogs or freezing. Last, we place our LawnScape at the very end of the discharge line.

The homeowner was very pleased with the work and looking forward to a dry basement!
