Prevent Basement Flooding in Sutton, MA

Challenge

Our customer here in Sutton, MA was experiencing some water accumulating within the addition the homeowner had added to their home. The water could reach up to an inch when the homeowner didn't try to stop the leaking.

Solution

Our System Design Specialist, Tyler Damon, recommended a custom basement waterproofing system to meet all of this customer's needs.

WaterGuard drainage system, a SuperSump Plus, TrenchDrain, FlexiSpan, IceGuard, and Lawnscape. This will prevent flooding, fix the cracks, and drain any water out and away from the home! The IceGuard will any clogs due to a frozen line. The discharge line should be about 20 feet from the home.

The wall is made of poured concrete and is not finished and spanning to about 736sqft. The floor is concrete.

Once this system is installed, they will not experience anymore water in the basement!
