Challenge
Karen, from Providence, RI, contacted DryZone Basement Systems because of a referral from a contractor friend she had. She expressed her concerns of moisture and a musty, damp smell in her basement ands he was pointed to the company that helps with 'All Things Basementy". She contacted us for a free estimate saying she was interested in a dehumidifier that she did not have to drain serveral times a day. Our appointment center representative, Sarah, set her up with an appointment for one of DryZone's system design specialists to come out and take a look. Leonard Fletcher would be there in a week to go over all of her options and concerns and present Karen with a solution.
Solution
Len showed up on time and presented Karen with the SaniDry Sedona, our newest model. The SaniDry Sedona is designed to eliminate damp, musty odors in your basement by drying and filtering the air. Although it is a small unit, it is mighty. The Sedona can remove 100 pints of water a day and can move over 300 cubic feet of dry air. Sounds amazing right? The best part- it's Energy Star rated! The most efficient in the world for that matter. Once the Sedona was installed and running Karen called us to express her gratitude. She can already see a difference after just a couple of hours!
