A ‘thank you’ to Michael Buonocore and DryZone for a very professional and helpful visit to our home in Chatham, MA. Michael provided an objective analysis of the leak from where the water main enters the basement. It was unclear whether it was a plumbing leak or a leak through the wall, the latter of which would cause us to engage DryZone. We now have had a plumber look at the situation. He believes the leak is from the pipe, not the wall. For now, we will hold off on engaging DryZone to see if the plumber can provide relief. DryZone, however, will be our first call if the leak continues and appears to be coming through the wall.
