Please understand that I never give top marks because I think anyone can improve on what they do. That being said, I was very pleased with Mike and the way he explained everything on the first visit to my house. Likewise, the crew who came to do the install was punctual, efficient, and cleaned everything up when they were done. I also got a good explanation of how the equipment works and what my responsibilities are. All in all I am very pleased.
