There was constant communication and followup throughout the entire process.
Very efficient and polite.
Jay was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He left plenty of literature to read over at my convenience and everything was put in writing.
We were not home to meet them, but see comment on cleanup.
My husband was very impressed at how neat and clean you left the area...and it takes a lot to impress him!
