Great -- convenient timing, showed up when he was supposed to.

Great -- called to see if I could reschedule and when I said I couldn't, said that was fine. No fussing or pleading.

Right on time and took as long as he needed to. Polite and well-mannered. The kind of person I would invite into my home.

System is working fine -- he must have been on target.

Lots of skilled detail work, to include fixing a valve. I would have been hard pressed to do it myself even with an instruction manual.

Looked like he had never been there (except maybe less dust)
