We have limited experience - just have the SaniDry, not a full drain/sump pump system. At some future point, we may be interested in finishing our basement, but not quite yet!
Our Overall Service
Really appreciate a 2-hour window (instead of 4) and the call ahead of arrival.
Call Representative
The only thing I'd say is we had to wait a long time between the contact and the service call. You were all booked up at the times we wanted!
Our Service Person
He was prompt and careful about wiping his feet before coming in. Very polite.
Our Service Person's Diagnosis
I can't say really - he said no problems were founds, so I liked that!
Our Service Work
I really can't say about this either, but he seemed to do a good job.
The Cleanup Process
Not much mess to deal with - we were only servicing a SaniDry.
