We are waiting for an answer to why the dehumidifier in one of our basements is so loud. We have asked about this before and still are waiting for an answer.

Had a bit of a problem with communication. I was told one day and time and when I received the e-mail confirmation, it was for a different day. I also need to get future quotes on all my sump pumps serviced before the service call happens.
