Everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional. The coordination of the team was impressive. The work that was done exceeded my expectations.
I believe I spoke with no fewer than 6 people over the course of getting this work done. I was able to get to the right person every time.
Rick Bureau was the best. Knowledgeable, creative and on it throughout the whole process.
Although I didn't meet them I asked for their names so I could specifically mention them. Brian was on site certain days which demonstrates to me a commitment to getting it right. There were many challenges with this project, and Ricky along with Ryan, Julius and Jorge rose to meet them all.
I visited the house the day after everything wrapped up and, despite how disruptive the project was, I thought everything looked great.
What made you choose our company:
I solicited several proposals for this work and DryZone was clearly the firm with the most knowledge and experience. No one else came close. I had also had an excellent result with the water guard/sump pump system you installed a few years ago.
