Sort of NA, really did not have much interaction, I had sent a detailed email
Sales Process
excellent rep interaction, described in detail the work, what we needed to have prepared and we quickly aligned on the scope of the job. He also worked on his sales of additional flooring products as well, they just are not right for our needs.
Our Installation Crew
OMG, great crew, Marcellus and team really did a nice job, communicated with us before and during the work and tuned the install to meet our needs to keep the pipes as close to the wall as possible . Super clean installation, he went over the system, its operation and next steps (electrical outlets, etc). Very impressive team and work performed.
The Cleanup Process
crew cleaned up the area well, could not tell a huge dusty project was performed in the space.
