My fiancé’ and I recently hired DryZone to do extensive work in our crawlspace. We live directly on a lake and groundwater is a serious issue in our area. We hired the company to install a sump pump and dehumidifying systems (with alarms in case of a malfunction) in our home. Additionally, it was found (during the initial inspection and quote) that our main support beam was severely water damaged and needed to be replaced. In order to do this extensive work, the crew members needed to clean out debris from our crawlspace and waterproof the crawlspace. The crew members were efficient and clearly understood the issues we were experiencing. The transformation of this space was truly amazing. I can actually use this space for storage at this time. I would HIGHLY recommend (and have to several of my neighbors) to hire DryZone to do any work in their homes. We once again feel safe in our home and our home environment in our living area is much improved. Our electricity runs below our home so having water in our crawlspace was a severe risk. We no longer smell musty after rain. It has been an amazing transformation, to say the least. They clearly understand this area of a home and truly do their very best to improve the conditions. For anyone with similar issues, I would not look any further than DryZone.

From our first communication with the representatives in the office to the end of the job we and our pets (we have 4) were treated with utmost respect. I have a hearing disability and the official representatives were very prompt in answering any questions I had via email. They usually responded within an hour of my initial communication.

The transformation of this space was truly amazing. I can actually use this space for storage at this time. Further, in the end, we paid less than the original quote as it was found that we needed less work than was initially anticipated. Clearly, the crew members and company were honest with us. Clearly they could have charged for this but they chose to do the right thing.

Polito (foreman) and his crew members on the first portion and Carlos (foreman) and his crew members on the second portion of the job were respectful of my disability as well. They communicated via text with me. Additionally, the seven crew members, whether they were outside or inside, were respectful of our property and cordial at all times.

Our home, inside and out, were left as it was found.
